Good Game
Objective
This project focused on designing a functional app prototype for a specific industry use case rather than a general audience. Our concept targeted small and indie game studios, creating a platform that helps evaluate the feasibility and scope of game ideas before development..
Contributions
I led the visual direction of the project, developing the overall style guide, interface design, and logo. I defined the color system, typography, and visual language, and created the majority of the wireframe to establish a clear and cohesive user experience.
Visual Design
Process & Brainstorm
Our team aligned our shared interests to define the tone and purpose of the app, focusing specifically on PC game development. We designed the experience to help studios pitch ideas while clearly understanding scope, limitations, and production expectations through a clean, user-friendly interface.
Logo & Colors
I designed the Good Game logo to reflect both the name and core gaming concept. The color palette balances approachability with a professional, tech-forward feel, using supportive tones to create consistency across the interface.
Typography
The typography system prioritizes clarity and readability. Quicksand is used for headings and callouts, while Nunito supports body text with a rounded, approachable appearance that enhances usability.
Outcomes
The result is a thoughtful and visually cohesive prototype that allows users to pitch and evaluate ideas within a structured system. While limited in scope due to time constraints, the project demonstrates strong visual execution and a clear concept.
